Belinda Chwastiak

Licensed Settlement Agent & Business Owner

Belinda has owned and operated Mt Claremont Settlements for 28 years and brings 38 years’ industry experience to the role. Belinda has an established reputation within the Perth settlement industry and leads her team in achieving a high level of service.

REBECCA THOMPSON

Senior Conveyancer

Rebecca joined Mt Claremont Settlements in January 2014. Rebecca has over 28 years’ industry experience. In her role, Rebecca job shares with Belinda.

Prior to her role, Rebecca was a Licensee/Director within the settlement industry.

Jessica Chwastiak

Junior Conveyancer and Marketing Coordinator

Jessica joined Mt Claremont Settlements in October 2019 as a Trainee Conveyancer studying a Diploma of Conveyancing.  After successfully completing her studies, Jessica has progressed to Junior Conveyancer undertaking full conveyancing duties.  Jessica is also responsible for managing marketing communications and business administration. 

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) from the University of Western Australia and a Diploma of Conveyancing from North Metropolitan TAFE.
